Chrissy & Dan - Christ Hospital School Chapel & Cottesmore Golf & Country Club

July 9, 2016

We had a great day photographing Chrissy & Dan's wedding in early July this year. They decided to go for a ceremony at the Chapel at Christ Hospital School and then on to Cottesmore Golf & Country Club. We had photographed at the golf club a few times but were particularly excited to get the chance to photograph in the Chapel at Christ Hospital School as it is an amazing building.

I started the day meeting Chrissy and her Bridesmaids at Steban's Hair Studio in Horsham for some bridal prep shots and then we went on to Chrissy's parents home for some more shots. Chrissy looked amazing in a traditional semi fitted floor length gown with simple beading across the gathered bodice. She had deep red roses in her bridal bouquet and this deep red colour continued with the Bridesmaids dresses which were strap less and floor length.

Dan wore a dark grey suit with a deep red flower button hole. He arrived at the Chapel in time for some shots with my assistant, Sam before the ceremony. Christ Hospital School is set in wonderful grounds (very Harry Potter like!) so we got some great shots both before the ceremony with the Groom and after with the happy couple and their friends and family.

The ceremony went brilliantly and soon we were heading off to Cottesmore Golf & Country Club to celebrate Chrissy & Dan's big day. Chrissy and Dan were greeted with confetti and music from the Accordion player and a celebratory glass of bubbly in the court yard at Cottesmore. We whisked them off for a quick drive in the golf buggy to get some private shots on the golf course too.

Chrissy & Dan decorated the venue with lots of deep red to compliment the Bridesmaids dresses and the flowers. They hand made their table plan and had red roses as centre pieces. The day continued with lots of laughs and fun in the speeches and onto the dance floor.

It was an absolute pleasure to be involved in Chrissy & Dan's wedding and meet their lovely family and friends. I wish them all the best for the future.
