We enjoyed a great day photographing Lisa & Phil's beautiful wedding in late September this year. Lisa & Phil tied the knot at St Mary's Church in Horsham and then went on to celebrate at Hartsfield Manor in Betchworth.
I started the day joining Lisa for bridal prep shots at her home where she was busy getting ready with her Bridesmaids and family. Lisa wore a stunning floor length strapless gown with a fitted bodice and fairy tale ball gown skirt. Her Bridesmaids wore floor length chiffon dresses in pale green, which were strapless and matched the colour of the cravats worn by the Groom and Groomsmen. Speaking of the Groom, Phil looked great in a grey suit and ivory Rose button hole. Phil's Groomsmen wore presents from the Bride & Groom which were cufflinks with their name and role during the wedding engraved on them. Phil arrived to the church in style in a sharp looking black Audi and Lisa followed shortly after in a ivory VW Camper called Wilma!
The ceremony was lovely and soon Lisa & Phil walked back up the aisle as Mr & Mrs and were showered with confetti as they walked down to the gardens at the church to have some family group shots. We then hot footed it to the Reception venue over in Betchworth. Hartsfield Manor is a fantastic Victorian manor house set in 16 acres of stunning Surrey Countryside. Lisa & Phil had decorated the manor with a vintage style, lots of gypsophila and country flowers and shabby chic photo frames, jugs for the flowers and a cake with pearl icing on it.
We made the most of VW Camper van transport for the Bride & Groom and got some great shots of them arriving and by the camper van and then we went out into the gardens to continue with some private shots. Soon Lisa & Phil's guests started to arrive and were greeted with welcome drinks and the beautiful singing voice of the solo artist set up in the reception areas at the hotel.
Lisa & Phil's family and friends all had a lot of laughs during the speeches which were great and then danced the night away after being treated to a choreographed dance by the Bride & Groom complete with an amazing lift at the end!
It was a great day and I wish Lisa & Phil all the very best for the future.
